Just a few minutes away you can find a big variety of bars/restaurant and shopping possibilities as well as U2 subway along with other tram/bus lines. The flat is near Augarten, one of Vienna's most beautiful parks. Concerning Covid19: The apartment will be completely disinfected and ventilated.

The flat is in a typical old Viennese House and thus has high ceilings, which makes it spacious and comfy. The street and the surrounding are very residential. The flat is tastefully furnished and fully equipped.
In the kitchen you will find everything needed for cooking a gourmet meal including dishes to serve up to 4 people and coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave as well as a large fridge.
The bathroom provides a luxury shower. There is high speed Wi-Fi covering the whole apartment, also there is a decent flat screen TV in the living room.
The quiet and bedroom features a king-sized bed with a high-quality mattress (180cm x 200cm), perfect for a good night of sleep as well as large build-in cupboards, that provide a lot of space for cloths etc. Furthermore, there is a washing machine.

The whole flat

The flat is located in the second district. Augarten Park is right around the corner, one of Vienna’s most beautiful parks. On 120 acres you will find Vienna’s oldest baroque garden and the world famous Augarten Porcelain Manufactory. Furthermore, the park is perfect for running with its beautiful tree-lined paths. However, there are also cafés and restaurants with nice outdoor areas.
Generally, the second district has one of the most exciting scenes for eating and drinking in Vienna. There are many great restaurants, typical Viennese “Beiseln” (Pubs) and Bars.
“Leopold Essen&Trinken” offers great Austrian food, while “Skopik & Lohn” are known for their gourmet cousin and great atmosphere. “Schöne Perle” is a favorite amongst many locals for their great and inexpensive meals. “Tewa am Markt” serves fantastic Israeli and Oriental food and is located right in the middle of the hip Karmelitermarkt.
Furthermore, there is “Okra Izakaya”, one of the best Japanese places in Vienna known for its Suhsi and Ramen. In Pizzeria “Mari” you can have authentic Italian Pizza, whereas in “Los Mexicos” you can enjoy great Tortillas and Margaritas.
There are many fine bars in the area like “Franz von Hanhn”. Especially in the summer one should go to “Donaukanal”, where you will find many places to eat and drink right at the water.
Regarding groceries, there is “Billa” right around the corner (100m) with a large selection food and beverages. Also, there is “Hofer” a discount super marked (200m).

There are 2 Underground Lines in the area: U2 Station “Taborstrasse” can be reached within a few minutes walking time, U1 Station “Nestroyplatz” is about 10min walking time. Both Lines take you to the city center in under 5min, while U1 goes to Vienna’s Central Train Station too. Right next to the apartment there is the 5A Bus Stop (50m) which also goes straight to the Underground. One Underground Stop away is “Praterstern”, there one can take the trains directly to the airport leaving every 20min. Furthermore, there are other Bus and Tram Lines in the Area, one Tram takes you directly around the famous Ringstrasse.
